Interested parties: I have put Ragtime aside for the moment at least. It wasn't fun or pleasant for me to read and I have little desire to finish it. I mean, I might try again sometime in the future but that is a little desire and not much of a desire.
There's that, Ragtime isn't much of a book.
(Yes, that is all I'm going to say. At least for the moment I will not be enlightening on why I did not care for this book.)
