Like Gravy Over Mashed Potatoes

On Tuesday we had lunch over New York, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey, and under an American flag.
We had gone site seeing and ended up in Port Jervis, which is on the edge of New York and minutes from New Jersey and even less from Pennsylvania. We drove up a hill where we could eat and look down on the three states. The Delaware was to our right and, infront of us, in the distance was an obelisk on another hill that marked the highest part of New Jersey.
How cool is that? :D
Of course, when you have something like that tempting you, you just have to follow the "Highest Point" road signs. But before that, since you've never been to PA, you might as well go there to buy some gas. And since you're using a road atlas you cross the Delaware three times in half an hour.
It was a beautiful day for viewing the land from the Kittakinny Mountains! We went all the way up and looked out from the platform around the obelisk. We were eighteen hundred and three feet above sea level and it was a wee bit chilly. You could see for miles upon miles and it was amazing!
I'm taking lots of pictures and having a blast. I'm missing Wisconsin and the people that live there. Going home soon--can't wait! :)
