I was beginning to give up on this one but I've found a song that fits the bill. Here it is, a song I like from a band I don't.
Rock and Roll All Night by KISS. I assume their name is spelled in capitals? I don't know.

I HAVE DRY SKIN. AND DRY HAIR. What shall I do? I want to take a oil bath, except that it would be gross.
