Did you know that bamboo tea tastes and smells like fishwater?
That sounds gross but it actually isn't. It's just fish, after all, didn't you expect bamboo tea to taste like fish?
I had this tea near the end of October at a Asian restaurant in New York where I rocked the chopsticks.
